These terms govern use of vectorriftai.com, operated under the Vector Rift brand. Questions can be sent to info@vectorriftai.com. A signed service agreement governs paid client work.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not misuse the inquiry form, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, submit unlawful material, or copy protected content without permission.

Audit requests and proposals

A growth audit request is free and non-binding. Submitting the form does not create a paid engagement, enroll you in a subscription, reserve delivery capacity, or create an obligation to purchase. Scope, deliverables, fees, schedules, ownership, support, and any cancellation terms are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

Fees and ongoing services

Projects may include a one-time implementation fee, recurring management fees, and separate third-party or usage costs. No recurring charge begins without an agreed service arrangement. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate estimate or change agreement. Applicable taxes and payment terms will be specified in your proposal.

Examples and estimates

Service illustrations and example workflows show possibilities, not verified client results. The value calculator uses inputs you choose and is only a planning illustration. It is not a forecast, financial advice, price quote, or guarantee of revenue, leads, profit, time savings, ranking, or return on investment.

AI and third-party systems

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. A project must define appropriate review, access controls, escalation, and limits before an AI workflow is used for material decisions. Third-party platforms, payment services, AI models, integrations, and hosting are subject to their own terms, availability, and fees. We do not represent that we are affiliated with or endorsed by every platform mentioned.

Intellectual property

The Vector Rift name, logos, and original website content remain the property of their respective owners. Software libraries and other licensed materials remain subject to their licenses. Rights to client deliverables, source code, licensed assets, and reuse are specified in each service agreement.

Information and availability

We aim to provide accurate information and a useful website, but the site and its informational content are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We may update or remove content. Contact us if you find an error or accessibility issue.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, or overrides obligations in a signed client agreement.
